Each individual may register only one BetKing account. Operating multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

BetKing currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX (covering Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, RHB, and other participating banks), and cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20 and BTC). Supported methods are subject to change at BetKing's discretion.
The primary account currency on BetKing is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Transactions conducted in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the BetKing platform. Product-specific rules (sports betting, live casino, slots, arcade) are published within the respective game or product interfaces and form part of these Terms.
Once a bet, wager, or game round has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by the Player. Confirmed bets are binding on both the Player and BetKing.
In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software fault that results in an incorrect display of odds, game outcomes, balances, or payouts, BetKing reserves the right to void affected bets or correct the error. Winnings paid out in error are not valid and must be returned to BetKing upon demand. BetKing will not be liable for losses incurred as a result of technical failures outside its reasonable control.
Odds for sports markets, including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other markets offered on the Platform, are set at BetKing's discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time prior to bet acceptance. BetKing operates primarily Asian Handicap, Over-Under, and 1X2 formats for sports betting.
BetKing may impose maximum payout limits per event, per market, or per day. These limits are applied across all products and are displayed within product-specific rules. BetKing reserves the right to limit maximum stakes at its sole discretion, particularly for accounts identified as professional bettors or as part of risk management procedures.
BetKing's sports betting markets use independent odds compilations. We apply commercially reasonable standards to ensure market accuracy and competitive pricing for Malaysian players across all major football, combat sports, and regional sporting events.
BetKing offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the general terms set out in this Clause and to specific promotion terms published at the time of the offer. In the event of conflict, promotion-specific terms take precedence.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. BetKing reserves the right to exclude any Player from a specific promotion at its discretion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, each promotion is available to a Player once only.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms (e.g., 10x, 15x, 20x the bonus amount). Until the wagering requirement is met, only the real-money balance in excess of the bonus amount may be freely withdrawn, subject to minimum withdrawal thresholds.
While Bonus Funds are active in your account, the maximum permitted bet or wager per round is typically capped at MYR 250–500, as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
Different game categories contribute different percentages toward satisfying wagering requirements. As a general guide: slots contribute 100%; table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) typically contribute 10–20%; live casino games may carry separate contribution rates as published. Sports bets typically contribute 100% unless otherwise specified.
Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the promotional validity period, which is specified in each promotion's terms (commonly 7, 14, or 30 days from the date the bonus is credited). Expired bonuses and any winnings attributable to them are automatically removed from the Player's account.
BetKing actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing hedging bets designed to guarantee bonus withdrawal without genuine sporting risk, and exploitation of system errors. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have their account suspended and all bonus-derived balances forfeited.

Players are responsible for managing their own gambling behaviour. In all cases, BetKing's maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you during the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
You may close your BetKing account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be refunded to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements or withdrawal restrictions apply.
BetKing reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the licensing jurisdiction under which BetKing operates.
